What do you think about shopping malls? I'll bett you like them.
Everybody likes shopping malls.
They're so convenient.
You can go and you can be with masses and masses of people doing something fun.
Shopping.
Why is shopping fun? I don't know.
I think everybody likes shopping or almost everybody.
Ok.
Ok.
There's a lot of people who don't like shopping.
Well, ok, that's what they say.
They say they don't like shopping.
But I think in fact they do, they like shopping because shopping is about looking at new things, imagining new things and getting new things.
Even if you don't buy anything, you can imagine it.
And that imagination carries you away.
Now, you might not enjoy the crowds of shopping.
I don't, but shopping itself, if it's stress free, relaxed and crowd free can be a lot of fun.
And that's why we like going to malls.
There's a collection of all the good shops that sell things that we might want and it's easy and convenient.
And a lot of these malls are indoor malls so you can stroll about old people like to go to malls in Canada because they can walk in the malls in the wintertime outside, it's icy and unsafe for older people to walk.
They might slip and fall and that could be dangerous.
But in the malls they can walk and have a great time with their friends, there's also food courts so you can eat whatever you like.
And there's often cinemas at the malls or you can just sit and have a coffee or shop for clothing or all sorts of paraphernalia.
The random shops or maybe a book shop, shopping malls have a lot to offer us.
On the other hand, there seems to be a trend where shopping malls are getting less and less popular.
Maybe that's as a result of COVID.
When we experienced COVID, many people did not go out and they did not wear, enjoy wearing masks in public.
So they stayed home and they did their shopping at home.
And now there's a tremendous amount of delivery shopping and online shopping, which is really hurting shopping malls these days.
